Monterey Motel is an historically renovated hospitality project located just south of Old Town Albuquerque.
Originally built in 1937, Monterey Motel, “MOMO,” now features eighteen fully renovated rooms, eighteen new rooms, a pool, and a cocktail lounge.
The project features Bauhaus Style modern architecture, PacifiCap self-performed casework, and custom architectural steel both inside and out of the building.

Humdinger Pizza is a tenant improvement project located in the historic Lents Neighborhood of Southeast Portland. The project features a Type-II hood install, a new walk-in cooler, and a back patio seating area.
PacifiCap Construction self-performed clerestory glass windows, bar tops used from existing lumber in the building, and refinished wood floors that were originally installed in the early 1900’s.

Located in the Sawmill Village just north of Old Town Albuquerque, TANM Charter School is an arts-focused school hosting grades 6-12.
As the new location for TANM’s students and staff, the facility holds a maker's studio, science labs, music studios, dance studios, and a multi-purpose room.
The school has eleven classrooms and features DIRTT Pre-Fabricated Wall Systems, Custom Exterior Architectural Metals, and top of the line educational finishes.

Originally built in 1937 and operated until 2005, El Vado Motel was a 32 unit motor court located on historic route 66.
After the property fell into a state of disrepair, new ownership envisioned the re-birth of El Vado Motel as a thriving destination where native Burquenos, as well as travelers from around the globe, can once again meet, relax, and enjoy local cuisine and shopping.
Weaving this historic landmark with culturally relevant, yet contemporary uses, El Vado Motel now hosts 22 units and suites, seven food pods, eight retail shops, a tap room, and an event center.

Located at the North East end of Downtown Vancouver, Residences At Arnada is a two building, mixed-income apartment complex that sits on a half-acre redevelopment site.
Consisting of 86 units, the project hosts live/work units, workforce housing, and luxury market rate units. The project features CERACLAD exterior paneling, rich amenity spaces, and luxurious interior finishes.

The Artisan at Sawmill is a redevelopment of an old lumber yard just north of Old Town Albuquerque.
The seven building project hosts a mix of retail space, restaurant space, and multi-family housing. Portions of the existing sawdust hopper from the prior lumber company were repurposed into an iconic tower with an outdoor performance space below.
The site also features rainwater harvesting for landscape irrigation and recycled materials which earned an NMFMA Green Program certification.
